No login required to browse products. You must log in with a phone number and SMS verification code before placing an order to link your order with shipping details.

After submitting your order, the page will display the store's WeChat Pay QR code, Alipay QR code, and bank account details (including both personal and corporate accounts). You can scan to pay or transfer funds directly, then send a screenshot of the payment to the merchant for confirmation. Alternatively, you may submit an order intent only; the store will contact you by phone to complete the payment.

All payment information is uploaded and maintained by the store in the admin portal. If payment methods change, refer to the latest details displayed on the order page. When transferring funds, please include your order number as a reference for reconciliation.

This site does not integrate with WeChat Pay or Alipay official online payment gateways. Transactions are confirmed based on in-store receipt verification.

After the store confirms payment, we will arrange shipping or local delivery within 24 hours. During peak holiday periods, we may call to confirm the delivery time in advance.

Local delivery to your door is available for Dongguan, Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Chaoshan areas when your order meets the minimum quantity shown on the product page. If the minimum isn't met, choose express shipping or pick up in store.

Shipping is arranged offline by the sender. After dispatch, the store will notify you via phone or WeChat with the tracking number and estimated delivery time. This site does not provide automatic logistics tracking.

Pickup location: Ground floor of Yingbin Haoyuan, Tangxia Town, Dongguan. Hours: 09:30 - 21:30 daily (open on holidays).

Inspect goods upon delivery. If you find damage, leakage, or a mismatch with your order, take photos and contact us within 24 hours after signing. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Alcohol and tea are food items. Opened products (excluding quality issues) cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items can be contacted for negotiation within 7 days of delivery.

For collectibles and vintage items, please verify the bottle, seal, and label upon arrival or receipt. Returns or exchanges are not accepted based on personal preference after confirmation.

Select invoice preferences and enter the billing title and delivery method at checkout. Once issued, the invoice will be available for download on your order details page.

Corporate transfers can be issued with a VAT invoice. For special VAT invoices, please notify us by phone in advance with your billing details and qualification documents.

We only collect information essential to complete your transaction: phone number (for login and delivery contact), recipient name, shipping address, order notes, and invoice details.

The information above is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, invoicing, and after-sales support. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without cause.

The name, phone number, and inquiry details you provide in the consultation form will be used solely by the store to respond to your request.
